
Ingredients are: New Mexico Hatch Chilies, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Lime, Garlic, White Vinegar and Xantham Gum.
Our pepper sauces are sold in five (5) fluid ounce glass bottles and shrink wrapped for safety.
All our sauces are small-batch handcrafted in Asheville NC.
We use only organic ingredients.
The ingredients are fermented and aged for 6 weeks and then vat pasteurized to maintain freshness. All sauces are shelf stable as long as they have not been opened.
Once the bottle is opened, please keep the pepper sauce in the refrigerator and it's good for six months.
Unopened bottles, stored in a cool dry place, are good for up to a year. Contents may separate slightly during storage; simply shake bottle vigorously before opening to restore the original viscosity.
Sauce color may vary slightly due to seasonal availability of chilies.
